Payment and Fee Policy

We strive to minimize the cost of your therapy sessions. Therefore, we request payment arrangements for all sessions at the time they are rendered, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Fee

At Quality Time Institute for Mental Health, our goal is to provide excellent care at an affordable rate. Depending on the therapist you see per session.

Payment

Payment is required at the end of each session. We accept all major credit cards, checks, cash, as well as HSA and FSA cards.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments are made to reserve a specific time for you. Therefore, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for canceling or rescheduling an appointment. The full fee will be charged for appointments that are missed, canceled, or rescheduled without 48 hours’ notice.
